Howard Fishman's first collection of original material since 2002's "Do What I Want" is complete and scheduled for release on April 22, 2005. Produced by veteran Rob Fraboni and recorded in New York City, the new CD features members of the current live band (Kevin Louis on trumpet, Jordan Perlson on drums, Ian Riggs on bass), special guests (Mazz Swift on violin and vocals, Michael Daves on electric guitar) and a surprise or two. Howard contributes vocals, guitar and piano, along with an original painting for the cover. And Another One
If that's not enough for you, next month will see the release of "HFQ VOL.2," a companion CD to the first HFQ recording, consisting of more material recorded for those sessions and never before released! Featuring the original HFQ lineup, the collection of mostly standards, jazz and blues will be available right here, so keep your eyes peeled!
