Special Show
Special shows this month include a midnight hit at TONIC on July 8 in a first-time collaboration between guitar/mandolin/steel player Michael Daves, bassist Ian Riggs and HF.
In Praise of Folly
In June, Howard participated in a multimedia, multidisciplinary treatment of Don Quixote called "In Praise Of Folly," produced by The Peculiar Works group in New York City (rehearsal pics now in the photo gallery). Collaborating with the 8-byte laptop artist CHIAKI and electronica composer Daniel T. Denver, the trio created a group improvisation based on a chapter from the Cervantes text. Plans are afoot for another HF-CHIAKI collaboration this Fall -- stay tuned!
I'd Like to Say
